Miranda Symonds-Boase
 

I am a London-based interior designer specialising in high-end residential and commercial interiors for private clients and developers across the UK and Europe. From initial concept through to completion, I provide a comprehensive design service encompassing space planning, sourcing, procurement, project management, styling, and every interior detail, from bespoke kitchens and bathrooms to lighting, flooring, curtains, blinds, tiles, and finishes.

With a background in interior design, textiles, and art history, I bring a meticulous eye for detail and a collaborative approach to every project. My aim is to create interiors that reflect each client's personality, lifestyle, and aspirations, resulting in spaces that feel both beautifully considered and effortlessly personal.

For more than 25 years, I have delivered projects across London, including Wimbledon, Putney, Barnes, Kensington, Holland Park, Harley Street, Wapping, and Clapham, as well as country houses and historic estates throughout the UK, including properties in Gloucestershire, Hampshire, Hertfordshire, Shropshire, Surrey, and Dorset. International commissions have taken me to France, Portugal, and The Hamptons, USA.

I began my creative career at Hornsey School of Art, before studying History of Art and Textiles degree at Winchester School of Art, University of Southampton. Early commissions included work on television advertising, art exhibitions, and creative collaborations with brands such as Silk Cut, Absolut Vodka, and Pierre Frey in Paris. My passion for interiors led me to work with one of London's leading interior designers before establishing Miranda Symonds Boase Interiors in 1996.
